We create safe spaces for women to gather, exhale, peel back the layers, and experience the simple beauty of being a woman.
These gatherings bring a tender invitation to experience pure love to replenish your soul.
Together we weave yoga, self care, kindness, and a gentle witness for every woman.
We offer practices of;
Breath-work, Movement, and Prayer to regenerate the beauty of womanhood.

A Woman’s Grief Circle
Our Woman's Grief Circle has the frame of curating a safe space for sharing your story. It is a sacred place for us to heal together as we witness each other in this season of grief. A place for every woman to belong in a compassionate community of sisters.
Each online gathering brings a new theme with a refreshing design of soul care practices for healing. This Circle allows space for women to have an experience with "hope" while walking through grief.
It is with contemplative compassion and honest suffering that we can naturally and organically share our grief through; empowerment in truth, embraced in tender love, and enlightened with honest hope.
We invite you to come as you are; to be seen, heard, held and loved in this soul circle together .
